GEORGES’ SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Georges french restaurant in Siem Reap is a social enterprise. We train our staff to be socially responsible and to care for the environment. Our restaurant in Siem Reap minimize hazardous environmental impacts by reducing plastic waste consumption in its supply chain. We do not use plastic straws and we recycle.

Every month, the staff and Georges’ family volunteer to the Siem Reap Pagoda Cats. It is local shelter that helps stray and abandoned animals. The Georges’ team launches campaigns weekly to help raise awareness of animal welfare.

Small steps that we hope will lead to big steps. We care, we share, we love.

A restaurant you should visit when in Siem Reap!
It’s a really special restaurant in Siem Reap with french creol cuisine. Home made sausages and their own bacon. While you wait for your dinner they serve you their own rhum. Yum! Both food and rhum are delicious. We actually ate here two days in a row. Very pleased with both food and the service.
You can bring home some home made rhum with different flavors too. Cinnamon, ginger and french fusion to mension some.

現地在住の友人のおすすめということで連れて行ってもらいました。フランス人オーナーのお店で、お店の中も外もとても雰囲気があって洒落ています。食前酒として出てきたココナッツのラム酒はとても美味しかったですし、ワインの選択肢もたくさんあり、どれもお安く、テンションが上がりました。ソーセージが名物ということで私たちもソーセージを注文しました。添えられたマッシュポテトも、6種類ついて来るチャツネのようなソースも、どれもとてもおいしかったです。
